Salad of kamut, feta cheese and cranberries
I don't have anything smart to write, or rather, I'm not a word. Kamut has a nice sweet taste, and feta and cranberries are loved. But this version can also be quite sweet, remove the parsley, add honey..pomegranate seeds..find your variation on the topic.I found the idea on the net.
Preparation steps
- I used kamut that does not need soaking overnight. Boil a measured amount of kamut in a ratio of -1 part kamut, 3 parts water. After fifteen minutes it is cooked. Drain, add a little salt, stir. Stir in dried cranberries. Cool.
- Chop fresh parsley, cut feta cheese into cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients, season with lemon juice and oil. Maybe olive, sunflower. If you want this to be a completely sweet story, add a little honey, omit the parsley.
Serving
Slightly sweet this salad is best as a separate meal.
