Preparation steps

  • I used kamut that does not need soaking overnight. Boil a measured amount of kamut in a ratio of -1 part kamut, 3 parts water. After fifteen minutes it is cooked. Drain, add a little salt, stir. Stir in dried cranberries. Cool.
  • Chop fresh parsley, cut feta cheese into cubes.
  • Mix all the ingredients, season with lemon juice and oil. Maybe olive, sunflower. If you want this to be a completely sweet story, add a little honey, omit the parsley.

Serving

Slightly sweet this salad is best as a separate meal.
