Salad of broccoli, orzo paste and corn

A nice light salad from Turkish cuisine .. I found this recipe on the net..I adjusted it a bit to myself .. and I forgot to put pickles .. Although I didn't miss them ..

Preparation steps

  • Cook orzo pasta .. It usually says on the bag how many minutes .. but I think that from 8-10 minutes is at least the one I bought. Cook the broccoli flowers .. also fresh for about 10 minutes. Carrots cut into cubes in the recipe is cooked I put fresh. you cook or leave fresh as desired.
  • Drain the vegetables and pasta and cool a bit .. Add corn, chopped dill or parsley .. and pickles as desired .. season with olive oil and lemon juice .. I even added a little Greek yogurt to one part and it is very tasty .. .
