Sage juice
In the winter days, we watch everyone protect themselves from winter unhappiness. Sage as a well-known antiseptic for the throat is very fine and as a juice.
Preparation steps
- Melt the sugar in a deep bowl, when it turns into caramel, pour over the water and cook until the lumpy sugar melts. Cook for 20 minutes. In another bowl, arrange a row of sage and sprinkle with lion and so on until it is used up. Pour the sugar syrup over the sage and leave covered for 24 hours. Strain into bottles.
