Preparation steps

  • Sprinkle the chocolate with 1 tablespoon of milk and soften it over low heat.
  • Separate the egg whites and yolks and beat until stiff.
  • Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and add the butter and sprinkled with chocolate-mix.
  • Add egg whites and flour with baking powder to the mixed cream - mix slowly.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold and bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 40-45 minutes.
  • When it’s baked, let it cool and cut in half, and I cut it into 3 pieces — at will!
  • Spread it with apricot jam and the same from the outside, and pour the glaze over it.
