Preparation steps
- Sprinkle the chocolate with 1 tablespoon of milk and soften it over low heat.
- Separate the egg whites and yolks and beat until stiff.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and add the butter and sprinkled with chocolate-mix.
- Add egg whites and flour with baking powder to the mixed cream - mix slowly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold and bake at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about 40-45 minutes.
- When it’s baked, let it cool and cut in half, and I cut it into 3 pieces — at will!
- Spread it with apricot jam and the same from the outside, and pour the glaze over it.
