Preparation steps

  • Pour 1300ml of milk into the sieve and add sugar and bring to the boil.
  • Stir the pudding into the remaining 200ml of milk.
  • When the milk boils, add the whipped pudding and mix until it thickens. Leave to cool.
  • Add margarine to the cooled pudding and whisk. ♫♫♫ Divide the mass into 3 parts:
  • Put 150g of biscuits in the first part and stir and form on a tray;
  • In the second part, put the finely chopped pineapple, then put it on the biscuit;
  • Put 150g of biscuits in the third part, then put on the pineapple filling, very carefully, spoon by spoon.
  • Dip the biscuits in the pineapple juice and arrange around the cake or on top (it is nicer when lined up around).
  • ♫ Whip the sweet sour cream, add the coconut and stir and decorate the cake!

Serving

The cake can be made without margarine, just reduce the amount of milk by 2dl, and everything else the same.
