A soup that can be a whole meal, great for these cold days
Preparation steps
- Fry the onion and meat in oil until it changes color. Add cabbage and fry it well, because it cooks longer than other vegetables. Add all other ingredients, pour over water and cook for about 1 hour. Take out the celery sticks and throw them away.
- Serve with a little cream or fresh milk and crispy bread. In my family, this is a complete meal. "Warms up" in these cold winter days!
