Preparation steps
- Grind the toast in a hand mixer, multipractice or put in a bag and chop with a wooden roller.
- Mix eggs into the obtained crumbs
- finely chop or grind the cheese and ham and add to the mixture, add the parmesan, shape the meatballs with your hands, squeezing them firmly with your palms. Put it in a slightly oiled pan and bake for 15 minutes at 250 degrees… It can also be used with bread crumbs instead of toast, I usually make crumbs from toast, I also set a recipe for that. The amount of ingredients can increase depending on the number of people.
