Rudolf's bread pudding with whiskey topping
On the 24 KITCHEN program, I watched this recipe that delighted me. What about old bread? Excellent .....
Preparation steps
- Tear the bread into small pieces in a bowl.
- Heat the milk a little and pour it over the bread.
- Add sugar, vanilla, melted butter, egg and coconut (coconut is not required but it tastes much better).
- Mix everything. you can by hand or by cooking. Put in small molds (I am in a silicone mold HEART). Be sure to coat with oil because it has a lot of sugar so it can stick.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 40 odd minutes. (depends on oven strength)

- Separate the egg yolk from the egg whites and mix it with the whiskey.
- Melt the butter on the fire (I'm steaming) and add the stock.
- When it is drunk and combined, remove from the heat and add the whiskey butter. The topping is done.
Serving
Pour the topping over the hot cookie. mmmmm.
