Preparation steps
- Thaw the Salmon, salt it on all sides, including the inside, place it on the stomach and cut it to the bone every 3 cm, put a slice of lemon and garlic in each slit. in a greenhouse sprinkle 250 gr. white wine and 300 gr. water and watered during baking. Bake for about 40 minutes. at 180-200 degrees until well browned.
