Royal Caribbean bread
When there is Royal Caribbean meat, then let there be bread ;-) I didn't "stutter" anything new with the dough for a long time, so I had to try to improvise the bread we ate on the cruise. Stuttering definitely paid off, see for yourself :-)
Preparation steps
- Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add the oil and slowly add the water mixed with the vinegar. Knead a little harder dough.
- Put some oil in your hand and pass over the dough to separate it from the walls of the bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 45 minutes. When the dough has risen, mix it and leave it to rise for about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, roll out the dough on a work surface and divide into 4-5 pieces, depending on the size of the bread you want and shape into a loaf. Place each loaf on a separate piece of baking paper and place in a baking tray.
- Coat each loaf with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Leave them to rise until the oven heats up. Fill a deeper pan with water, place in the oven on the bottom of the oven and turn on the oven to heat to 225 degrees. Otherwise, the water is placed in the oven to get a fine crispy crust, and the inside of the bread is soft. Place the bread pan on the middle shelf in the oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until nicely browned, depending on the oven.
- Allow to cool before cutting.
