Royal breakfast
Breakfast like a king, lunch like a gentleman, dinner like a beggar. This dish is otherwise typical of northern Europe. With this toast you will definitely last the morning, the toast is intended for everyone who consumes a lot of energy but also for gourmets ...... In the afternoon it can serve as a real challenge with beer ;-)
Preparation steps
- Fry the bacon to make it crispy, fry the egg on the eye. Toast the bread in a toaster (if you work for more of them then the oven is a better choice). Coat warm bread with butter and then if you like mustard or horseradish. Put a sheet of cheese on the bread, then the egg and bacon.
Serving
You can sprinkle the finished bread with spring onion rings and parsley. Serve with a good cold beer. It can be eaten with your hands or on a plate with a fork and knife. Instead of bacon, you can put ham, neck, kulen, whatever your palate likes, on cheese under eggs. Enjoy breakfast like kings !!!
