Preparation steps
- Put softened butter in a whisk. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla and pastries. Turn on the mixer on the lowest speed, and stir until everything is combined.
- Grate the rind of the unsprayed lemon to the finest. Then add the flour and knead a smooth dough.
- With your hands, tear off the pieces and make a crescent shape and arrange them on a tray lined with paper.
- Place the rosica in a preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- While still hot, roll in powdered sugar and leave to cool completely. Then arrange the hi in a box with a lid.
- Pleasant!
