Rooibos with cinnamon
Make a hot cup of tea and a cup of health! Rooibos has an excellent effect on strengthening immunity. It does not contain caffeine, and tannin only in negligible amounts, so feel free to offer sweet and fragrant tea to children.

Preparation steps
- Melt the sugar (caramelize) until golden yellow, pour in the water, add the cinnamon and cook until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add the filter bag, cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Serving
Serve hot.
Advice
Add a few drops of milk if desired.
