Romanesco with gnocchi

The right thing for those who like the "taste" of broccoli or cauliflower.

Preparation steps

  • Separate the flowers from the Romanesque, and cut the larger ones.
  • Boil it in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  • Cook the gnocchi in the same water.
  • Mix cooking sour cream, grated cheese, grated parmesan and sour cream. Add cooked gnocchi, boiled romanesco and add salt and pepper all together. Pour into a fireproof dish and bake at 180ºC for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Serve warm.
