Rolls with margarine :)

warm, crunchy and soft buns

Preparation steps

  • Knead the dough from all the ingredients, leave it to rise. stir and let stand a little more. Then roll out on the table with a rolling pin, grate the frozen margarine, then fold the dough, roll it out again, grate the margarine again and so on until there is margarine. Then roll out the dough. I cut long strips about 8-10 cm wide ... and made triangles out of them and rolled rolls. Arrange them on a baking tray greased with margarine or on baking paper. Coat them with egg yolk and a little oil (I put 1 whole egg and one egg yolk and a little oil), add salt (sesame can be optional) and bake at 180-200 depending on the oven until golden brown. The rolls should not be squeezed too hard while rolling, lightly because they are softer. I bake mine in a ventilated oven. before they are done.
