Roller cake
Distinctive cake, creamy and fine.
Preparation steps
- Make 8 egg whites with 8 tablespoons of sugar, add 2 tablespoons of ground biscuits, two bars of melted chocolate and two tablespoons of flour.
- Bake two crusts of this mixture for 15-20 minutes. at 180 c
- Cream I: 1: 8 egg yolks and 8 tablespoons of sugar to make frothy and steam or microwave, add 10 dkg of chocolate to the hot and when it cools, mix 1/2 of the made margarine and one bag of chocolate cappuccino dissolved in a little water.
- Cream II: boil 20 dkg of sugar and starch flour in milk and when it cools, mix in the other half of the margarine.
- Stack: crust - half white cream - roller sticks - the other half white cream - crust - black cream and grate the chocolate on top.
Serving
The crusts are baked in a wafer-sized pan, and you can also bake in a smaller one if you want a taller cake. Roller biscuits are crunchy rolls like the ones used to decorate fruit cups and ice creams, only these are filled with chocolate.
