Preparation steps

  • 3 eggs, 20 dkg of sugar mix over low heat with a wire until dissolved. In the warm add margarine. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa dissolved in a little water, 15 dkg of ground biscuits, 15 dkg of ground walnuts, 15 dgk of raisins and 15 dkg of chopped figs to this mixture. Mix everything well. Place the wafers between two damp cloths to soften. Spread the wafers and roll them up. Two rolls are obtained. It can be frozen and stored.
