Rolled Balancan with minced meat and pasta

.. With a little effort and a light meal is there… ....

Preparation steps

  • Boil the pasta in salted water and drain. Chop the garlic and whisk with the sour cream. Cut the balancan into thin longitudinal slices, drizzle them with lemon, coat with sour cream and roll.
  • Fry the minced meat in heated oil and add tomato sauce. Pepper and salt. Transfer the pasta and meat to a greased baking sheet, and arrange the balanc rolls on top, see picture. Sprinkle with diced mozzarella and parmesan see picture.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C.

Serving

Serve as a main course with a seasonal salad and beer .........!
