Roll with cartoon motif
I know that there are those who have done drawing like this on a roll, I put it to myself that I make a roll for myself as usual, simple, easy and fun
Preparation steps
- First cook the filling to cool while you have fun with the crust. Cook the pudding whipped with the stock and sugar, while it is still hot, divide it into two parts, put coconut in one and chocolate and rum in the other part, mix well to melt the chocolate. Leave to cool.
- For the first crust, beat the eggs well with the sugar, then add the flour and pastry. Separate 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture, I added cocoa for the flowers and red for the middle of the flower. Since I can't buy bags for decoration, I took a freezer bag, filled it with the mixture, cut off the top and drew with it, it's not the most precise, but I don't have a better bag. I used to draw, and when you were going to draw a little better, it was best to print out some motifs and put them under the baking paper to make it easier to draw.
- When you have drawn, put it for one minute in the oven that you have already preheated to 180, take out the baking tray and then pour the mixture slowly, nicely to cover everything with flowers, return to bake the crust. When it is baked, slowly remove the baking paper and wrap the roll in a dry cloth, leave to cool. Make the second roll in the same way, before you put it, take the same 3-4 spoons of drawing dough, and then whisk the cocoa, the same drawing procedure as in the first roll.
- Take margarine and divide it into two parts, whisk each half into fillings. Unroll the white roll and fill with chocolate filling, and the brown roll with yellow filling.
Serving
With a coffee or some other beverage it is great, enjoyable.
