Preparation steps
- FOR BISCUITS: Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Add the sugar, stirring constantly, and alternately add, one by one, the egg yolk ... and a tablespoon at a time of flour.
- Baking sheet, line with baking paper..Pour the mixture on paper.Bake for 15-20 minutes. at a temperature of 180C.Turn the hot biscuit on a damp kitchen towel, remove the baking paper, then using a kitchen towel, fold into a roll.Leave to cool.
- COATING: Melt the sugar, water, and grated chocolate over a low heat. Bring to a boil. Set aside to cool halfway.
- STUFFING: Pour hot milk over the coconut flour. Whisk in the softened margarine and powdered sugar. Add the coconut flour and combine.
- MAKING: Unroll the roll, coat it with a warm coating. Let it soak into the biscuit for a while. Coat the filling over it, and bend the roll.
- DECORATION: Melt the grated chocolate, steam, pour over the rolls. Garnish with coconut flour.
