Rolana baklava

Fast, nice, simple :)

Preparation steps

  • Put water and sugar in a large pot to boil. When it boils, put in a cool place to cool. THE OVERFLOW MUST BE COLD.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs, add the yogurt and then the oil. Mix everything well.
  • Add baking powder, vanilla and plain sugar, semolina and coconut, prunes, raisins and finally walnuts * (see description). Divide the mixture into 6 approximately equal parts
  • Take 1 sheet of noodles, grease it with oil, then put 2 over it * (see description) and put the 1st part of the mixture, finely distribute and roll and place in an oiled pan * (see description).
  • Do the same with the other 5, and arrange in a baking tray.
  • Be sure to cut before baking. Bake at 190-200 degrees; 35-40 minutes.
  • When baked, pour over the cooled topping. Allow to soak and cool.
  • Pleasant. :)

Serving

1. Walnuts should be finely ground, if possible in a coffee grinder, because baklava will have a stronger walnut aroma and you will not get stuck in small pieces of walnuts while eating: D
