Rolana baklava

This is another version of baklava roll.

Preparation steps

  • Mix eggs and sugar. Add oil, nuts and baking powder. Mix everything together until a uniform mixture is obtained.
  • Melt the butter and spread it on each crust.
  • At the beginning of each crust put a little stuffing and roll. Roll the crust on the wider side to make less dough.
  • Arrange the rolls in the protvan, cut to approx. 6-7 cm and coat with the rest of the melted butter.
  • At 180 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Pour cold topping over hot baklava or hot topping over cold baklava.
  • Leave for a few hours for the baklava to absorb the topping.
