Rolana baklava
This is another version of baklava roll.
Preparation steps
- Mix eggs and sugar. Add oil, nuts and baking powder. Mix everything together until a uniform mixture is obtained.
- Melt the butter and spread it on each crust.
- At the beginning of each crust put a little stuffing and roll. Roll the crust on the wider side to make less dough.
- Arrange the rolls in the protvan, cut to approx. 6-7 cm and coat with the rest of the melted butter.
- At 180 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes.
- Pour cold topping over hot baklava or hot topping over cold baklava.
- Leave for a few hours for the baklava to absorb the topping.
