Rolada

A simple roll in a slightly different way .... from a German magazine..Filled with pumpkin jam .... or as desired ....

Preparation steps

  • Melt the butter in the microwave. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Make snow and add sugar. Then add the egg yolks, salt, and both types of flour. Finally, stir in the hot butter.
  • Pour the mixture into a tin lined with baking paper. Bake the roll at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle the cloth with sugar and wrap the roll in it. When it cools down, coat it with jam as desired - with us with pumpkin.

Serving

Quick and easy when you don't have time and you want a cake with coffee or tea.
