Roe deer fillet on salad
Serve the venison prepared with a topping of lemon juice, mustard and specially selected spices with spinach and golden delicacy and enjoy with your favorite salad.
Preparation steps
- Clean, wash and dry the venison fillets with a paper towel.
- Sprinkle them with 1 tablespoon of Natur Grill Classic, pour over olive oil and let them stand for about 30 minutes.
- Place the fillets prepared in this way on a well-heated grill pan and fry them on all sides until they get a nice color. Take them out to the side and leave them warm.
- Mix lemon juice, mustard, thyme, basil, chili, olive oil, and a little salt and pepper together well.
- Put well-cleaned and washed spinach in a bowl, add apples sliced into thin slices, baked fillets cut into smaller pieces, pour over the prepared sauce and mix well.
Serving
Serve immediately.
Advice
You can replace venison fillet with beef. Game meat, including venison, has a characteristic odor, so it is desirable to marinate it. In addition to the marinade softening the meat, the intense aroma will be partially lost after marinating.
