Roasted turkey wings from brine

This way I prepare turkey wings all year round, and turkey for the Christmas holidays !!

Preparation steps

  • For the brine, boil water and salt, cool. Dip turkey wings in cold, and add orange peel (which will give the meat a really good taste), peppercorns, garlic, parsley leaf and honey (to make the meat better red when roasted). Leave to stand overnight in a cool place.
  • The next day drain the meat, then coat a little more honey and season a little more, add oil, put onion and apple to make the meat juicier and put in the oven at 200-250 degrees for about an hour 1.30 to 2 depending on the oven and the size of the turkey wings.
  • Take the roasted meat out and serve with your favorite side dish. This time we had Granatir from Evichen123. In this way, I also prepare the whole turkey for Christmas, only then it needs more water and salt for the brine and it takes longer to bake.
