Roasted Pepper Rolls with Sardines and Smoked Salmon
Very simple and really tasty for an appetizer
Preparation steps
- You have a lot of roasted marinated peppers left and here is an idea for an appetizer
- Take one side of sliced roasted peppers on top of 1 (one) sardine and 1 (one) sliced smoked salmon (these smoked salmon are thinly sliced and come in a packet)
- Roll the peppers with the ingredients and continue in a circle on the plate, when the circle is full then sprinkle a little olive oil on rolls of wigs and in the middle of the plate you can put olives or other ingredients as desired.
