Roast pork ribs
The specific taste of this rustic dish is given by the old European spice pine (Juniperus communis). It has a bitter taste and that is why it will raise a spicy note with roasted pork ribs with sauerkraut. Serve with polenta or mashed potatoes.
Preparation steps
- Rub the pork ribs with Natur for the pork and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with oil, add bay leaf, pine and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 35 minutes.
- Remove the half-baked ribs and place the sliced cabbage on the same fat.
- Arrange the ribs on the cabbage, cover with about 100 ml of water and continue baking for another 30 minutes. Drizzle with a little more water if necessary.

Serve the roasted ribs with cabbage with cooked polenta.
