Rissole Potatoes

Preparation steps
- Peel the potatoes and cook in salted water until soft (about 20 minutes)
- Melt 60g of butter and add the potatoes and fry on low heat in a slightly larger covered pan for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid, turn up the heat and fry until the potatoes get a golden-brown crust.
- In a bowl, mix the spices as desired with the rest of the (melted or softened) butter. When the potatoes are done, put them in a bowl and roll in the spices.
Serving
serve with some fine meat, but they are good enough to be eaten on their own
