Risotto with tuna

Tuna and risotto, both because of the ease and speed of preparation, and because of the extraordinary taste, are two favorite summer dishes. White wine and garlic give the risotto a real Mediterranean flavor. Set the stopwatch to 25.

Preparation steps

  • Place the chopped onion on the heated olive oil and sauté until golden.
  • Add the crushed garlic, washed and drained rice and fry briefly.
  • Drizzle with wine, add water as needed, simmer over low heat while stirring.
  • Then add the mashed tomatoes and Natur.
  • When the rice is almost done, stir in the tuna and sprinkle with parsley.

Serving

Serve the risotto immediately sprinkled with grated cheese.

Advice

If desired, you can add peas or sweet corn to the risotto.
