Risotto with stroganoff
A wonderful balance of moderately sour flavors that match perfectly in combination with beef
Preparation steps
- Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil
- Add the diced beef
- Then add the chopped champignons, then add the chopped pickles
- Add a tablespoon of mustard and then all the other spices. Add the oregano at the end
- Boil the rice halfway in a separate pot, then put it in Stroganoff and finish
