Risotto with minced meat and zucchini
I really like risotto because it was made by my nono….
Preparation steps
- Finely chop the onion, when it softens, add minced meat, after about 10 minutes add spices, I don't like much, so I just add a little salt and vegeta. When the meat is done, add it to the finely chopped zucchini and simmer, cover a little with the stock and let it simmer.
- Add the rice and mix everything together, as the liquid disappears, cover until the rice softens and becomes finely creamy.
