Risotto with corn and broccoli
here is a light and fine dish that can be as a standalone dish or as a side dish to some meat :)))
Preparation steps
- finely chop the onion and sauté in a little olive oil. when it becomes softer add the corn and garlic and simmer a little more, after which the uncooked rice is added. Drizzle the rice until cooked through. Add spices.
- You can also add a couple of broccoli flowers if desired.
- When the vegetables and rice soften and the water evaporates, add 2 dcl of cooking cream and boil a little more to the desired density. You can, and you don’t have to, add a little wine.
- Good apetite!!!

You can serve this dish as a standalone or as a side dish to meat, with a salad of your choice.
