Risotto with chicken, mushrooms and cabbage in soy sauce
Like all my inventions, a little boredom, a little free time, see what's in the fridge, combine and fine papaya :)
Preparation steps
- Finely chop the onion Chop the chicken into cubes Clean, dry and chop the mushrooms into slices Chop the cabbage into (longer) strips
- Put the rice to cook halfway in salted boiling water (or a few minutes before the indicated time)
- In a wok, fry the onion and the chicken on it in a little oil. While frying, add salt, pepper, (whatever spices you like), and a spoonful of honey (it will give sweetness to the chicken)
- When your chicken has started to receive the yellowish crayon, remove it to sauté the vegetables for a few minutes. First put the mushrooms (so that they release their water), and then very briefly cabbage (just enough to wither)
- When your vegetables are ready, return the chicken, add the soy sauce and a little water and simmer until it boils.
- When it boils, put the rice and cook as long as it takes for the rice to cook to the end. If necessary, feel free to add water. Good apetite!
