Riso Cantonese

Chinese recipe… I always eat this in their restaurants..sometimes I'm afraid to try new Thai dishes and these ingredients are not at all strange but they are very familiar to us…

Preparation steps

  • Cook the rice especially in salted water.
  • Boil the peas. Finely chop the dice.
  • Make scrambled eggs, transfer them to a board and chop them into small pieces.
  • Put the oil in the wok and add the ham and peas and the hood for 2-3 minutes and transfer to a plate.
  • Then do not wash the wok, but add a new one to the oil from before, throw in the rice for a few minutes and do not touch it too much with the cooker to keep it whole. Then add the ham and peas and scrambled eggs to the rice and turn for a few more minutes.
  • Your Riza Cantonese is over! :)
  • Good apetite!:)

Serving

Riza Thai has a specific smell..so when I cook it I have the feeling that we are in a Chinese restaurant :)!
