Risi-bisi with chicken

..again with that pea… I was caught by pea mania !!! ... mostly… this is how I prepare it…

Preparation steps

  • Fry the onion in oil, add the chicken fillet cut into pieces (cubes, sticks… as desired).
  • Fry the chicken fillet a little, cover with a little water, season as desired and simmer for a while until the onions and meat soften. Drizzle occasionally.
  • Cook and drain the rice. Drain the peas.
  • Add the peas and rice to the chicken. mix, align. place feta cheese on top or grate it.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.

Serving

Dimsi fits great! I like pickled beets best with this dish. Good apetite!
