Rigoletto
Great recipe for those who like small cookies with cocoa and chocolate. My darling's cookies.
Preparation steps
- Mix flour with cocoa. Mix powdered sugar with room temperature margarine, add egg and gradually mix flour mixed with cocoa. Stir further with a food processor until the mass is combined.
- Cover the pan with baking paper. Place the mass in a plastic syringe and squeeze the oblong shapes with a star-shaped extension 5 cm long. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 6-7 minutes. Take them out and leave them to cool. Spread them with jam and combine them into two pieces. Leave them to stand for at least two days in a cool place.
- Melt the chocolate and dip the ends of the cookies. First one side and put them in the fridge to harden, then the other side.
