Here’s how I use meat when I make corba
Preparation steps
- Fry the carrot, black (or leek) and garlic in a little baking oil or fat (if you did the baking and leave it in the freezer), add the washed rice, fry a little, then pour the corba, season and simmer until almost done, then dry in a baking dish, place the meat over the rice, pour a little water and bake
