Rice dumplings - cheese - salami
Who hasn't tried this light and filling dish. It was the main thing for me, and it can be used as an appetizer or side dish with some meat or vegetables. I hope you will like it :)
Preparation steps
- Cook the rice in salted water with a tablespoon of vegeta. Strain and stir to cool slightly.
- Beat 4 eggs with a little salt. Grate salami and cheese in it. Add the finely chopped small onion and rice, and gradually add the bread crumbs. You need to make a mixture from which you will be able to shape the meatballs. Not too many crumbs and not too little so that the meatball doesn't fall apart. You will see this depending on the amount of mixture. For starters you can put 4 -5 tbsp.
- Roll the shaped meatballs in eggs and bread crumbs. Bake in hot oil until they get a nice yellow color on both sides.
- POTATO SALAD Peel the potatoes and cook in cubes. Strain, add one tablespoon of vegeta, a little oil, onion and vinegar. Mix everything to combine well.
Serving
You can serve the meatballs with some meat, so you don't need to put salami, only cheese. Or with some vegetables :) Good taste!
