Ribs in Tyrolean
This recipe is from a hotel, it was given to me by a Svabo :-) .. I decided to save it, because it is not a classic with ketchup all'americana, but something completely different ,, much more like our BALKAN!
Preparation steps
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade, then coat the ribs and wrap in cling film, then put in the fridge for 3-4 days.
- unscrew the foil and wrap the ribs yourself without any additive in aluminum foil. pour two salts of warm water into the pan, place it over the ribs, and push it into the oven and forget about the next 1.20h .... at 22C
- after a certain time, open the ribs, pour over the wine and put in the oven at the highest temperature to catch a nice crust.
- ribs prepared this way have an exceptional taste and smell!
- serve with puree and salad, it's great !!! and just drizzle the baking sauce over the puree, jooj!
