RFR - Week 1 / DAY 3
RAW FOOD RESET - 21 Day Raw Cleanse Meal Plan - WEEK 1 / DAY 3 For the hundredth time I had to start somewhere, my daughter suggested this program and we started immediately (mostly me, she campaigned) :) The goal was to eat differently and at the same time narafski love what we eat. Of course, there were days when I didn't like everything, but I still have to say that I did the first two rounds according to the regulations and at the same time lost a good number of kilograms. I try to follow the rcp for juices because I absolutely do not want to stuff only fruit (sugar), I want my juice and smoothie to have vegetables in them. I have always enjoyed salads, and I am currently adding some new ones to good old salads. I eat fruit both whole and sliced (not just mashed or drained). I also eat cooked vegetables, but at the same time I enjoy raw without any problems, which was unthinkable until recently :)
Preparation steps
- 1 / Water with Lemon (1st thing - every morning) Squeeze 1/2 - 1 lemon into your water and drink upon rising. Try to have this at least 30 minutes before your first meal.
- 2 / Blood Purifier (juice) De-steam your kale, wash all veggies, peel lemon and run through a juicer.
- 3 / Green Apple Ginger (smoothie) Core your apple, blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender and enjoy
- 4 / Fruit Meal (every day) If you are sensitive to sugar, choose low sugar fruits like berries, cherries and pair them with a small handful of nuts and / or seeds.
- 5 / Waldorf Caesar Salad (lunch) Chop your apple and dates. Mix up chopped lettuce and romaine dressing (see rcp Week 1 - Day 1 # 5 Lunch) Combine your apple, dates, dressed romaine and pepper / nutriotional yeast. Toss and enjoy!
- 6 / Strawberry Hempster (optional smoothie) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
- 7 / Savory Avocado Wraps (dinner) Combine Miso Sauce ingredients in a bowl, mixing with a spoon until combined. Shred hyour beets and carrots, cube avocado. Place the filling in your chosen wrap (romaine leaves, butter lettuce, chinese cabbage, radicchio leaves), drizzle with sauce and enjoy.
- 8 / Water and Tea (every night, 2-3 hours before bed) Have a small glass of water and make some tea. You can select an herbal (caffeine free) tea from herbal shops. No dairy of sugar should be added to your tea. If you must add something, a little bit of raw honey or some almond milk is OK, but it is best if you just have the herbal tea in hot water.
