Revanija

delicious dessert that looks dry and full of agda (sherbet) inside and very easy to prepare

Preparation steps

  • In a deep bowl, break the eggs, add sugar and mix with a mixer until it thickens, but well until it is a solid foam.
  • then add the grated apple, coconut, chopped walnuts, semolina and pastry and finally a glass of oil and mix it all well with a spoon until well combined
  • pour the finished mixture into a greased pan
  • bake in a preheated oven 170 C * 20 min, but check with a toothpick the middle part if the agda is baked, cook for 10 minutes after it boils
  • revanija should be cold and agda hot

Serving

if desired, you can also hop on top or whip the foam
