Resana-jafa cookies
Very simple, they are quick to prepare and their taste is super :))
Preparation steps
- Flour and not, together with sugar, cook in milk like pudding;
- When you remove it from the heat immediately add the egg and stir it quickly;
- Cool it and mix with butter;
- Fill the slices, one teaspoon is enough, combine them two by two, like a sandwich;
- Leave them to cool well, cut them in half and on top, sprinkle coconut or grated chocolate over the filling. The filling is enough for 1 kg. jafa biscuits and from that dose would make a lot, a lot of cookies… you can cut in half…
