Renatini bruschetta ..
the recipe is from my friend Renate .. yesterday i tried these perfect bruschettes ... and i have to share with you, try .. simple and preeefinooo .. picture follows ..
Preparation steps
- Cut the French into thin slices .. and put half a teaspoon of oil on each slice ..
- Finely chop the salami and pickles, grate the cheese, and mix it in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, and oregano, mix everything together, and place 1 tablespoon on each loaf.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees, IT DEPENDS ON THE OVEN .. when it turns a little brown and when it is baked, it's over!
- to me this mixture was enough for 23 bruschettas ,. depends on how much you put on each loaf ..
Serving
serve hot for velech or friends .. with beer or juice .... GOOD LUCK!
