Relax cake
The ear was my exhaust valve which greatly relieved my nerves and made my stomach happy =)
Preparation steps
- Beat solid snow, add sugar, flour, semolina and pp
- Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Put the milk to heat, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and flour and stir a little with that 1 dcl of milk and finally add a few drops of vanilla.
- Just before the milk boils, pour the egg yolk mixture into the milk and cook until very thick.
- When the biscuit is baked, sprinkle it with approximately 0.5-1 dcl of cold milk and let the biscuit absorb everything.
- Allow the egg yolk cream to cool well, then mix it into the softened margarine with a mixer.
- Coat the biscuit (which is still in the mold) with the cream and leave it in the fridge to squeeze and cool well, while preparing another cream.
- Pour the whole compote into a bowl, add sugar and put to heat.
- Stir the pudding powder with the liquid from the compote and cook when the compote has boiled and stir until it thickens well.
- Once the cooked compote has cooled a bit, pour it over that yellow cream and put it back in the fridge and leave overnight.
- Serve cold
