Red hawthorn liqueur
a little bitter liqueur, they say it is good for the heart, in my opinion it helps digestion
Preparation steps
- Put hawthorn berries in alcohol, leave to stand for a month
- When a month has passed, boil water with sugar, cool and add to alcohol with hawthorn.
- After 3 days, strain everything and put in jars, the liqueur is ready and can be drunk
