Red hake

Since I am a big fan of tomatoes, I managed to incorporate hake ... Try it, they will enjoy you! : D

Preparation steps

  • Put 500 g of frozen hake in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. When it is half melted, cut it into cubes (later it will disintegrate on its own)
  • Add the diced hake to the sautéed garlic and fry for 5-10 minutes. Add the chopped olives (black) and pour a little water and vegeta
  • After this process it will form as a kind of sauce, then add pepper (I put it in a lot if I like it) salt, a little tabasco.
  • Add the mashed tomatoes and cook for 20-25 minutes to make everything well, the sauce should not be watery.
  • When the sauce is ready, add 2 pinches of chives and a little basil, serve with mashed potatoes or grated potatoes. :)
