Recycled biscuits
If you find a small piece of a biscuit cake on hand, you can finish it a bit and make fine biscuits that will disappear in an instant.
Preparation steps
- Turn the oven to 180 degrees.
- Crumble the biscuit in one bowl, pour over the sauce and coffee liqueur, add the other ingredients and mix into a uniform mixture. If necessary, add a little liquid of your choice or ground biscuits, depending on the humidity of the biscuit. The resulting mixture should neither disintegrate nor stick.
- Roll the dough into balls between your hands, flatten it a bit and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Take out and leave the biscuits to cool completely and enjoy.
