Real Madrid cake

Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg whites in solid snow, and add the ingredients for the crust one by one. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Only with the third peel, sprinkle 100 g of coarsely ground hazelnuts on the bottom of the baking tray and pour the mixture for the peel. Leave all four crusts to cool well.
- Steam the egg yolks together with the sugar, when the mass thickens add white Milka and mix until a uniform mixture is obtained. Add margarine to the cooled filling.
- Cook another film in the same way.
- Add previously beaten egg yolks and sugar to the boiling milk and cook until it thickens. Add margarine and ground hazelnuts to the cooled filling.
- Stack 1. KORU - 1. FIL 2. KORU - 3. FIL 3. KORU - 2. FIL 4. KORU - whipped cream
- Decorate the whole cake with whipped cream or fondant as in my case.
