Preparation steps

  • Put wine, bay leaf, 1/2 soup, water and pepper in a deeper bowl. Add the razor and cook at a moderate temperature
  • Beat parsley and garlic in the oven, when a smooth and even mixture is obtained, add vinegar and olive oil.
  • Mix all this well and pour over the cooked razor
  • The amount of parsley, garlic and vinegar depends on the amount of sauce you want to make
