Ravioli with minced meat and ABC cheese
Since I had a little more time to prepare today's lunch, instead of the usual pasta on bolognese, I filled the ravioli and delighted the children with new combinations.
Preparation steps
- Knead the flour with eggs, salt, oil and enough lukewarm water to get a smooth dough. Coat the dough with a little oil and let it stand for 1 hour.
- Stuffing: Saute the meat with the above ingredients and let it cool down a bit.
- Roll out the dough, not too thin. Approximately 2 mm. Since I have ravioli molds, I made them with them, and if you don't have them, hollow out a circle, fill with stuffing (some meat, some cheese), fold and press the edges with a pin or fork.
- Boil in boiling water for 5 minutes, add to the sauce, stir a little to combine and enjoy.
Serving
I used a slightly bigger mold, so they turned out to be giant, but the kids didn't complain, so mom got a high five :).
